Not bad but I hope it lasts longer than the first one.
This is my third remote control for this TV. I think I should be glad the last one lasted 4 years. Nowadays I guess it's a long time. They work as advertised and I didn't have to do anything to get them to work with my Samsung TV, they worked right out of the box. I molded Samsung onto the back cover.
