Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Dottokomu Willow Blade Kitchen Knife Set - Left-Handed, Bright Sound Sakura Edition (Akane Suzaku et al.) by Jason Fanney

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great knives, not for beginners.

Beautiful knives with a sharp blade. My wife and I love them, but my wife doesn't like the raw wooden handles. For me this is not a disadvantage, I like that I can now paint them in the color I want. If you are looking for a great set of Japanese items at an affordable price, look no further. I will say that these knives are not for beginners who do not know how to maintain, use or sharpen single bevel Japanese knives. If you're looking for something to abuse and toss in a drawer, then this set isn't for you. If you know you should use a rubber cutting board and are willing to sharpen and condition the edge after use, then these knives are for you.
