Very soft and smooth fabric! I love the inner elastic adjustable waist! Fits my skinny son well! Please note that they do not have a mesh lining, so you will need to purchase swimwear to wear underneath! Check out the Billabong surfer underwear, I bought it and it goes well with these shorts.
