The red brush is excellent. Used it on the kitchen floor, red tile and gray grout. The mortar was pitch black with 10 years of dirt pressed into it. I used the red brush with commit/ajax and water and all the grout was like new. The brush is good for about 100SF and then needs to be replaced. As others have said, even on the slowest setting of the drill it's really messy. Found a way to control the mess, roll the longest old sheet of metal into a 3 inch diameter tube and use duct tape to support the tube. Form a square or circle and remove the floor/tile inside the square or circle. Can remove about 2 feet at a time but it really reduces the mess that could be sprayed onto the floor.
