The best part about panopticon was that I had access to an entire team of professionals who were constantly keeping track of all my assets in different locations across multiple time zones! There's nothing specific i dislike from this software it has been very reliable when trying out new features as well as making changes/updates.
We have also gotten excellent customer support for any issues we may come up against along the way; sometimes there are some bugs or glitches but they usually get fixed pretty quickly by having someone at the office looking into your issue right away vs waiting until you make contact via ticketing system. Sometimes not getting responses back can be frustrating if something does happen then its easier knowing everything will still work than being unsure what happened after contacting them through email etc... It helped us keep tabs on where each asset resided without me physically going over every single box and server myself which would.
