The features that drew me to this air mattress were the built in air pump/vacuum, zoned support system and double the size. I have back problems so I need something that provides support and it certainly does. However, you have to find a happy medium when sleeping on your side. The support zones along the length will have you rocking back and forth a bit until you find your balance. For those who sleep on their backs, this is ideal. I inflated it beforehand and let the material stretch, added air the next day and again two days later. I had to add quite a bit, so that's a good sign of a good mattress.
