DOA - again. for computer components

I don't consider myself an expert, but I'm definitely not a beginner. I've done about 10 builds and have NEVER had this type of problem. When I opened the box, I realized something was wrong. I could see fingerprints on the sticky side of the tape holding the anti-static bag together. It was a used board. Someone else brought it back. But I thought I'd try. Unfortunately, apart from the internal graphics, everything worked perfectly. I don't overclock and I don't need an overpriced GPU. I just want to use the processor's internal graphics capabilities. But I could never get anything to appear on the screen. I just have another system with a gigabyte board that uses the same processor. I swapped processors between the two systems. The processor worked perfectly on another system. The problem followed the payment. Send it back immediately. This is my second attempt at installing a gigabyte board in this build. This is my second kindergarten. Honestly the first board was a different model but now I'm very upset. It shouldn't be that hard. I spent 2 weeks getting this build working. I want to like gigabyte hardware but they make it very complicated. The board that had to be replaced was an ASUS board. Died after about 7 years of moderate use. This is the first board that has actually died on me.
