I love this knife! This is the fourth MOSFiATA knife I've bought in the last few months and they've all been excellent. Nice weight and well balanced for easy handling and incredibly sharp. As well as exceptional performance, they are all beautiful to look at and look great on our magnetic knife block. I wasn't sure if my husband would like them, but this Chef Nakiri knife is the first thing he reaches for when he's cooking. I also like that they come in a solid and very attractive box, perfect for a gift. I definitely see a few more of these in our future.
