Not a real damascus blade

This is a good blade BUT. The advertised image leads you to think it is a Damascus style blade, which is not the case. Damask lines are modeled. A little deceptive.

Super knife 🔪: Usuba and Nakiri knife

The knife was packaged very well and quite elegantly, in this form you can definitely give it as a gift. I like the feel of the knife and it cuts very well. I made homemade potato fries, came out smooth and quick. Very nice even cuts without much effort. I recommend!

Pros
  • Useful not only for the intended purpose
Cons
  • Very expensive

It doesn't cut through bones!

This knife has become my favorite because it's strong and sharp and I use it for almost everything. I cook a lot at home. Some reviews said it could cut through bones and I tried but failed! So I'm giving it 4 stars for that reason alone. Don't do that and break your blade like me. Now I'm very sad. I'll probably get another one soon!

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Good knife but not the best.

Actually very good for the price. But I wouldn't call it a quality knife. Once you use a real Nakiri knife you will find that it looks quite cheap in comparison. What I don't like about this knife is that you can get your finger caught on the bottom edge of the knife if you're not careful.

Pros
  • Is made too stupid

Undoubtedly beautiful in Asian Knives

I don't spend money to live up to my 10 year old that I would spend on my own set. That being said, a dull knife is a dangerous knife and I want them to be safe. It's not something I'd recommend for anyone who needs a great knife, but it's well balanced and holds an edge, so it's a great knife for someone who does the occasional cooking but wants to look serious.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Style 90

Be careful, the blade is bent.

The knife is beautiful, unfortunately there are two editions, one more serious than the second.1. The end of the blade closest to your finger curves back slightly, and because of this it's a serious hazard when you're cutting something at high speed. I ended up cutting from the cuticle to the joint. 2. The blade is significantly lighter than the handle, so it feels a bit wrong at first. They do most of the work, unlike the German knives I have. Otherwise it's a great knife for the price and…

Pros
  • Large selection

Good knife for vegetables/fruit, but .

The weight and dimensions of the knife are ideal for cutting vegetables and fruit. It's sharp, but having had it for less than a month I don't know how long the sharpness will last. I maintain the knife according to the manufacturer/seller's recommendations. But I noticed that the knife had a scratch and I didn't know why. Then I realized it was the protective sheath and not the knife. The scratch fits perfectly with the rectangular hole on the back. If you want to keep your knife nice and…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • For old

Excellent quality at an affordable price

I love this knife! This is the fourth MOSFiATA knife I've bought in the last few months and they've all been excellent. Nice weight and well balanced for easy handling and incredibly sharp. As well as exceptional performance, they are all beautiful to look at and look great on our magnetic knife block. I wasn't sure if my husband would like them, but this Chef Nakiri knife is the first thing he reaches for when he's cooking. I also like that they come in a solid and very attractive box, perfect

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
