Good knife for vegetables/fruit, but .

The weight and dimensions of the knife are ideal for cutting vegetables and fruit. It's sharp, but having had it for less than a month I don't know how long the sharpness will last. I maintain the knife according to the manufacturer/seller's recommendations. But I noticed that the knife had a scratch and I didn't know why. Then I realized it was the protective sheath and not the knife. The scratch fits perfectly with the rectangular hole on the back. If you want to keep your knife nice and shiny, buy the best knife guard.
