I bought this device to replace my existing Microsoft Surface 3 charging cable. My existing charger no longer works. I was hesitant to try it, but I was glad I did. Charges my device perfectly. However, I have to put the laptop on the counter and push the charger against the wall. Otherwise, it won't stay far enough to charge. So far this method has worked well.
