I bought this for my daughter last Christmas. She loves that she can now make herself iced coffee. The brew group holds the coffee grounds well and none of them get into the coffee. The brewing unit can be easily removed from the container without spilling coffee. I've found that you get better results if you use a slightly coarser grind. You also need to leave it in the fridge overnight for the best results. My only complaint is that the bottle itself could be a bit thicker to fit in the dishwasher. I'm afraid it will melt while drying when I put it on, so I hand wash it. I had no problem putting the infuser in the dishwasher.
