Great product at a good price. If you have trouble swallowing pills, don't buy them, the capsule is big, you need to drink a lot of water at one time. Feel free or choke. The rest works great. I use it twice a day before running and it helps my heart as my blood is too thick. Tastes salty, don't know why.LOL
