Well, they do the job after all.

I installed them on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. The pins must be swapped to get the correct polarity. The original has a slightly beveled corner, but this does not affect the connection. I also had to bend the pins towards the center to insert. After that, it will stand firmly and lock as it should. What a workout! Therefore, before final installation, check the vehicle wiring and connector.
