I have an iPhone 10 and when I first put my phone in the holder I got a call from emergency services to ask what service I would like! I told them it must have been a mistake and in the end they believed me. The second time I placed the phone in the cradle, I received another call from emergency services to ask what the problem was. I apologized again, and then I suddenly realized that in order to call 911 from my phone, all I had to do was press two buttons on opposite sides of the phone at the same time and stick the phone in my jaw—I was doing this unintentionally. So remember - the jaws are just to the right to press the two buttons to call 911. The solution – don't center the phone, just lay it on one side or the other.
