It gives me peace of mind that my files are safely stored away and will be accessible when needed on time. It also keeps track of those times I need to go back through to find things from the past few years. Sometimes it can access or even delete files from the wrong year. So far no major issues, but it does sometimes get confused and I have to fix it. It's easy to navigate through so there aren't too many problems. Sometimes I forget where some folders are located, which makes searching for records difficult. This software is great for keeping all of your records organized and at one place. It can search multiple years as well. There's always room for improvement though, but not enough features to make us switch. My practice has been using it since its inception in 2001, and we've never had a problem with the software since. Best Business Systems has been able to provide us with a great records management solution for our business. Working with the Best Business Systems team has been great, and the customer service has been outstanding. I have no complaints. The only thing I would say is that we have been able to use the system to track all of our files and ensure that they are properly stored.
