Have been using it for almost a year. No problem. Longer than I've ever gotten from a Kuerig model. Brews great coffee, couldn't be simpler. I hope the company is doing well because I will buy again when things go down. The price is right. Update: The first unit wasn't even successful. Bought a second one. The bush lasted long enough to get past the return window. The warranty is not listed in the supplied documents. Although it wouldn't matter since contact details weren't provided anyway. There is also no 'contact seller' button on the order page so you are on your own. BEWARE. Now I have a chef and am happy with it so far.
