It's so beautiful! I laugh at all the bad reviews. These people have either never used electric hair curlers or they are vicious competitors. They're not very good at writing bad reviews anyway! These are the perfect hot rolls. They heat up quickly until you forget to close the case, just like closing the lid of a large TV. The pins are strong when used properly. Your curls will be perfect if you let the curlers cool before removing the bobby pins and curlers and then gently roll them out. Don't take her to hell. Also, don't style your hair when it's wet and don't expect it to magically dry and style. These are electric hair curlers, not a magic wand! You still need to put some effort into this process. It's a great tool, but it's not a genie! Conclusion: I love these curlers. That's exactly what they claim. Good product. Common sense is not included. 😂
