Review on 🪚 Astro Pneumatic Tool 4607 5 Inch PU Hook and Loop Backing Pad by Robert Arneson

Worked great at first but not for long. Velcro melted from the center outwards, only the outer 25% with velcro remained. I'm not sure if this was just an accident or a sign of faulty construction. It worked great on my Harbor Freight (Chicago Electric) DA Polisher for a total of 6-8 hours of work divided into 3-4 times over several months. In these cases, it was never used for more than 10 minutes at a time. I contacted customer service (the number is on the box) after the velcro melted and they immediately sent a free replacement. So I give the customer service a solid 5/5. I will let you know if I have any trouble replacing the block. If it lasts, this product is easily a 5/5.
