This grater is too aggressive

What I don't like about this grater is that it cuts too deeply into the lemon, lime and orange zest and takes a lot of the bitter part of the zest with it along with the zest. I have to be particularly careful with this grater so that I only get a thin layer of peel. It's good for ginger, garlic, and grating some hard cheeses, but I bought it for the flavor. friction materials. A small brush was included but it doesn't work very well. I do not recommend this grater for grating peel.
