Exceptional customer service and gorgeous lamp
First of all, the lamp itself is gorgeous. I love it on even if we aren’t melting wax. I wanted to get additional wax melt trays, so I could easily switch out scents without having to pry the cold wax out, and their customer service team assisted me quickly and perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about the lamp or the company.
