This is one of the popular "wonder in a box" chip tuner scams. You can usually find them on eBay and you can usually buy them for less money. (about $20). You don't do anything for your car. Period. If you want a Stage 1 tune for your favorite Saab, find a local tuner. They will carefully map any performance/efficiency improvements to your car and will most likely cost less than $200. This is usually at the expense of premium fuel; but it's not a scam. You will feel an increase in productivity, you will see an increase in efficiency. Don't believe in this waste of money.
