I LOVE this parachute! It adds great drag for training, and like it says you can still flip turn! Add a pull bouy and some hand paddles and you have a great shoulder and back workout!
- It does the job and it feels very strong and durable
- Can interfere with the natural flow of swimming and resistance to water
