I've been using Plantronics for many years. I had a Voyager Edge for a while. When I needed a replacement I settled on this 'Refurbished' Voyager 3200. It arrived in a plastic bag with no padding or protection during transit. I'm surprised it didn't break. He was shabby. One earpiece was missing and had to be wiped clean. After charging the battery, it has about 5 hours of talk time, or more than 80% capacity as stated in the description. The test calls sounded clear and the other person could hear me clearly. Everything works. It's a good buy at 60% off, with a few minor blemishes and decent (not great) battery life. It didn't come with an earphone. You must purchase them separately.
