Review on πŸ’¦ Moen 114307 Collection Aberdeen Pulldown Kitchen Faucet Replacement Hose Kit: Enhanced Performance and Versatility by Duane Barker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great replacement for the old hose 113015

The hose under my Moen Corrine kitchen faucet broke at one end at the quick disconnect, causing water to spill when the water was turned on the handle. I removed the hose by hand and pressed the latches on the connectors with my fingers. The old hose had a tag that said Hydrolock and the number 113015. I searched the internet with this but couldn't find anything and found a hose similar to mine. So I went to the Moen website and looked at the diagram of my faucet. The part number for the new hose was listed as 114307 so I felt more comfortable that this hose would fit despite the different fittings in the end. I cut the broken connector off the hose and slipped that end onto the faucet pipe, secured it with a small hose clamp and reconnected the good end so we could use the sink until the new part arrived. The new hose snaps firmly onto the faucet pipe with strong pressure (no tools required) and appears to be a better design than the old hose 113015. Works great with no leaks. Apparently you can call Moen support to request free replacement parts as part of their lifetime warranty, but when you order this from Revain you get the part quickly and easily.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Almost OK
