Hope this does what it's supposed to do. Actually, I mix it with his wet food. I bought this along with the turmeric/curcumin supplements I give to my 8-9 year old labrador (rescue dog so age unclear). He cannot take the best anti-inflammatory drugs for arthritis because he has kidney disease and these drugs are dangerous for his kidney function. Turmeric/Curcumin does not appear to have the same side effects, but needs to be supplemented with Ester-C for greater safety and effectiveness. We'll see if that's the case with the next CBC, but for now, he's not limping anymore. and everything else about him suggests a happy, comfortable dog. He is now lying in the snow and will be neither lame nor lame when he gets back inside.
