I use this literally everyday. I fill it up at the gym and use it the remainder of the day. It does a good job at keeping the water cold and the handle is very nice.I would change a few things. The lid seems very cheap and flimsy. The gasket pinches sometimes and will fold up when tightening the lid. The cap will not screw on properly because the cap retainer piece binds the cap agains the spout in a weird angle. You have the pull up on the lid retainer, press down on the lid and twist the lid all at the same time to get it to twist on properly. However, all of these things a pretty minor and small inconvenience.Overall, it does the job and works well.
