I use this literally everyday. I fill it up at the gym and use it the remainder of the day. It does a good job at keeping the water cold and the handle is very nice.I would change a few things. The lid seems very cheap and flimsy. The gasket pinches sometimes and will fold up when tightening the lid. The cap will not screw on properly because the cap retainer piece binds the cap agains the spout in a weird angle. You have the pull up on the lid retainer, press down on the lid and twist the lid…

keeps ice for 2-3 days( big cubed ice- not crushed ice). water stays ice cold all day and into the next. I did encounter a ventilation problem when drinking. Water would gulp and chug out instead of a smooth pour. This was an easy fix- drill a 1/4 hole in the lid and get a rubber grommet from the hardware store and push it through the hole like in the pictures. Great product, I also purchased the one gallon jug and did the same thing to the lid, highly recommend.

So I’m building a roller coaster and it’s hot on the hill up and down over rough terrain with heavy section of pipe and tools. It’s exhausting and hard work and the dust is awful. The metal rails get way to hot to touch without gloves due to being in the direct sun but this water bottle doesn’t care. I went with white so the exterior didn’t heat up and it does awesome. I use massive 8 oz ice cubes in it and can fit roughly 5-6 in there. So roughly 1/3 ice and 2/3 water. The ice lasts all day…

This thing is awesome. I work outside a lot of the time and for the summer it was nice I filled it up with ice and after that only needed to add water 1 other time and I work 12 hours a day. The one thing I would say that is wrong is the collar around the lid for the spout broke. That part needs to be built up a little more. I tried super gluing the collar but that didn't work so I took it off. Still works fine.

I use the jug for ball practice and even sitting in direct sunlight it keeps drink ice cold for the couple of hours I'm there. I would give 5* but the top needs redesign as it only has the spout and no vent. Drinking directly for the jug is not too bad but pouring from the jug to another container is not smooth at all.

We were caught short at an outdoor event with not enough water and 90f temperatures and made the decision to pick up a couple of these for our booth.We’ve bought Rtic and Yeti in the past, and I knew the quality and performance are on par - and considering these things are more than half the price of the equivalent yeti, it was a no brained to grab them.They’re huge. Heavy when full, but the padded handle makes them comfortable to carry. Refilling and cleaning is easy with the massive screw cap

Works good, could better. The spout is way too small. Does not allow enough water to be drunk. Does not stay cold long enough. Used at work in a desert environment.

It took me a while to pull the trigger on this buy and I’m so glad I did! I do see what some of the other reviewers mentioned, like the mouthpiece is a little small but not that big of issue to me. I actually ordered some long silicone straws to make drink out of this jug a little earlier. Other reviewers also mentioned the thin plastic piece that holds the cap. If you’re not too rough on the cap, I think it’ll serve its purpose and will last.Now let’s talk ice. I live in New Mexico and work…

We like this water bottle, love the handle. Keeps water super cold, all day. My son works as a bagger/cart retriever for a supermarket and he finds the water stays cold,. He doesn't think it's too heavy for him. The only item for improvement is the lid. I feel challenged sometimes on getting it on right. Most of the time it's fine.

This is my second one . Lost the first one . Don't ask ! Best water jug ever . 5stars . Only con is the foam handle piece . It wears off in time . To fix I put reflective tape around it . Besides that , it's durable and keeps ice cold all day .! Also just as good a a Yeti at more than 1/2 the price $$

Absolutely love this thing. I work outside in the Alabama heat. Keeps ice for at least two days on the hottest days. I put half ice and half water. Otherwise it’s too cold to drink. My ONLY complaint is the lid sucks! Could use a relief hike to be able to drink properly otherwise it just kind of trickles out but I’ll take it over drinking warm water on a hot day. The other thing is once in a while when it falls over the lid pops off and I lose ALL of the water due to how wide the lid opening…

I drink a ton of water throughout the day so I opted for this half gallon jug. Overall, it works well. My only issue is there is no vent so water comes out slower than I would like. I saw that issue by buying gas can vents and installing one on the bottle. This would be a five-star product if RTIC installed a vent themselves.

It’s pretty good and does the job! The only problem is when the handle goes up and down it squeaks and we’ve only had it for a couple weeks.

This is a fairly decent jug I usually fill mine with about a 50/50 ice to water ratio and it keeps it cold for most of the day but when I'm in a roof it struggles to stay cold. The main reason I bought it was because I thought it would be OK on a roof or inside commercial construction but mine sweats like crazy but it's sold and gets the job done just wish it didn't sweat so much.Update this sweats a ton and if I don't check it and clean it each night I'll get mildew and white spots in the jugg

I use this for work. I pour my filtered refrigerated water in here in the morning with a few cubes of ice and it keeps the water cool all day. Durable, hefty, insulated. Love this jug so much. Easy to clean. I decorated mine with stickers and lug it around. Love having cool water to drink in the heat, especially during the summer. No plastic water bottles for me.

This bottle is the absolute best bang for the buck! I love the one gallon! It keeps my water ice cold with very little ice added all day long. The only thing I don't like is the nozzle, I despise how small it is and how cheap it feels compared to the rest of the bottle. If it had a bigger, yeti style magnetic cap I would give it a 10/10 instead of a 9/10. I also REALLY liked that the packaging was unique to the color that you order. I thought it was a VERY nice touch and I appreciated it!
