Not much to say. BUT.
I bought this faucet brand new, the $215 faucet I bought, there was no counterweight in the box! I called the company and they wanted to charge me for a new one PLUS shipping. It should have cost almost $50 and almost 2 weeks for shipping. That's ridiculous. (Although the weight MUST be with everything else in the box). Needless to say it was cheap, arrived in a few days and works as it should. This is a counterbalance. So there really isn't much to say other than that it works as it's supposed to! I'll order another one as a replacement. Just in case.
