I'm a leather snob. The sheep leather from which these gloves are made is very soft and silky. Extremely comfortable skin. The cashmere lining is very soft and insulating. Nice warm gloves. Use the size chart and measure your hands according to the instructions. I did and these gloves fit my hands like a second skin. PERFECT! These gloves are designed to keep your hands warm in the cold. Will I use them to scrape ice off my windshield? Probably not. Will I ski with you? Probably not. But for short trips and walks in the city. PERFECT!
