Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter with Myjoyday. Although their selection of apparel, accessories, jewelry, costumes, and shoes appeared promising, the quality of their goods fell short of hopes. The shoes were uncomfortable to wear, and the clothes were made poorly and did not suit well. The jewelry and accoutrements had poor quality and appeared to be inexpensive. When I attempted to return the items, their customer service was also unresponsive and unhelpful. Although Myjoyday's prices are reasonable, quality is sacrificed. I cannot suggest this business to anyone searching for top-notch fashion goods as a journal reviewer. To ensure that their customers have a positive purchasing experience, businesses like Myjoyday must emphasize the quality of their goods and customer support.
