Installation instructions poor
The product itself is fine, but lack of install instructions is a definite issue. We are pretty handy so eventually figured it out. Unfortunately, the gap is too wide between the barn door rail and the soft close mechanism. Therefore, it did not work on our doors—not the product’s problem.
- Very easy to install and adjust
- The added weight of the mechanism may make the door difficult to open and close
