First of all, I was initially annoyed that the text is not centered. It turned out that the standard label size was 30 x 15mm and the bundled roll was 40 x 12mm. It wasn't written anywhere so I had the wrong settings until I realized the label looked longer than 3cm. Pros-Very easy to use-Fast-Small-Multiple languages supported (I specifically looked for Chinese character support)-Thermal so no ink to replace-Bluetooth-Wireless (obviously still needs a charging cable-Many options: label size , Embellishments, Fonts, Size, Layout - The label company sells labels relatively cheaply, but they aren't proprietary so you can use a different label (it's not a word processor) - You can't choose the alignment for more than one line (top line left, bottom right) - no support for right-to-left fonts, although this does not affect most users - as is the case with most Chinese-styled online products - English language support is not available and the links on the website has broken and missing videos (although very easy to use and on youtube e eu t video so this is just a small minus e)
