I was very happy to use this when I first received it. It worked relatively well, but failed to grab a few limes and didn't juice them very well. I've used this 3 times since I got it before the black plastic part of the top press broke off. I tried contacting customer service to get a refund or replacement but they only offered a replacement part which I had to pay $10 for as it was out of warranty. I wasn't sure if they even offered the correct part as despite the photos and information I provided the person didn't seem to understand what was broken. I didn't want to pay for replacement parts which are obviously quite fragile and may even be wrong.
