Review on Multi Colored Lockable Harness Adjustable Weather Cats by Dana Jones

I bought this harness hoping it was too small as other reviews said. I was looking for a very small harness for my pup who has a 5.5" neck and 9" chest. The little one is still a bit big, but the best I've found. I've used a ferret harness before but it won't grow back. I'm grateful this company has small ties but I need to update the measurements for the sizes. It's durable but not as bulky as other harnesses, which is ideal for small dogs.
