There is nothing wrong with suspension. That's good design. No scratchy seams my cat can't stand. However, the size chart is way off. Sizes for *small* seat belts refer to *medium* seat belts. Luckily I read the reviews first and bought a size up.

I bought this harness hoping it was too small as other reviews said. I was looking for a very small harness for my pup who has a 5.5" neck and 9" chest. The little one is still a bit big, but the best I've found. I've used a ferret harness before but it won't grow back. I'm grateful this company has small ties but I need to update the measurements for the sizes. It's durable but not as bulky as other harnesses, which is ideal for small dogs.

I kept my cats inside and wouldn't let them out. After a while it didn't bother her at all. Seemed well designed and comfortable. I've never used it on a leash, but when moving my cats between the house and the car carrier, the leash ring gave me an extra secure grip in case they got scared and wanted to run away. Good bright colors to make it easier for you to tell if something is wrong. I love it.
