The heel strap latch is defective. Within minutes of using the fins, both heel straps were loosened. Attempts to balance the straps still resulted in the straps becoming loose and even pulling completely out of the latches. Eventually one of the fins fell off. What I think is a bigger problem is that numerous attempts to contact US Divers customer service for a solution have gone unanswered. I wouldn't have to repeatedly try to hit someone in the company to fix a bug on one of their products. There are too many good options in the scuba gear market to waste your time and money on a company that doesn't provide good customer service. OK, updated. After several attempts, US Divers customer service responded and asked for photos of the strap mechanism. A few days later new belts came with a different assembly which completely fixed the problem. Comfortable fins perfect for my needs.
