The front pocket is quite roomy and has a pen holder/pockets like other Herschel bags. At the top of the bag is a specially lined pocket for sunglasses. padded laptop slot and one for tablet. I personally have an iPad Pro 10.5 model with a case and it still fits. On the front of the tablet slot are mesh slots where you can place chargers for your devices. The bag has a zippered side pocket where you can store your phone. I personally put my keys in there. On the other side of the bag is a drinks pocket that I put my shaker in and that holds up to an 18oz Hydro Flask (in width), and I also kept a glass of VOSS water in my bag, and it fits well in deep so it doesn't fall out.
