It has helped us manage our customer data better than any other system I have used before! The ability for users (customers) who aren't tech savvy or don’t speak English as their first language are able learn how easy this tool really makes things simple!! They also offer live chat support so if there's anything we need help troubleshooting just ask them directly via email instead having an agent talk through every step when using online tools seems redundant/unnecessary since everything works well together already - no issues here at all. You get what u pay wether its monthly payment plans where i think some people may not fully understand until after signing up- but once signed everyone gets great value outta actto because nothing compares compared back to my previous experience working within salesforce etc.- very valuable piece of kit overall especially considering price point which isn;' t too high either. !
