I've been buying 11 oz bottles for a few months and love them. I was so excited when this loose powder appeared at the door. and so disappointed when I mixed the first one. VERY different from the pre-mixed container and barely acceptable (to say the least). I had to throw most of my first powder down the drain and now have over $30 in disgusting powder that I can't stand. The small bottles are rich, creamy, chocolaty and delicious. This powder has a VERY off-putting gritty false sweetness that I can barely swallow. I compared the ingredients and the only significant difference is the addition of maltodextrin. WHO APPROVED THIS CHANGE? WHY!?!?!?! Do they still have jobs in your company? Why on earth would you change the formula to taste MUCH worse? If this was the same formula as in the small 11 ounce bottles this would be a brilliant 5 star rating. Please. for the love of all our taste buds. Rethink your organizational structure, hire some professional tasters, run those decisions through your board or someone else, and make these things taste like little bottles. I'll do the world's fastest 180 and update my rating and subscribe and save this stuff.
