Review on Visual Maintenance Man by Jeff Alradwan

I like how easy it is for my employees to use this tool! It's very user-friendly, with lots of features available in one simple interface. The program is not as intuitive or powerful as other similar programs out there (e.g., GEMS), but I understand why since it was designed only to be used by service managers who are already familiar with its operation. Our facility recently went through some changes in leadership which resulted in several new hires being hired into our department from outside sources. Because of these recent changes, we needed additional assistance managing parts inventory across multiple sites. With Visual Maintenance Manager, most of the work has been done - we simply have to train individuals on using VMM properly. This has reduced our time spent manually inputting information into spreadsheets. I like how it helps me schedule my work orders, track progress of jobs/tasks with submittals or paperwork in process along side other data entry features such as time sheets are nice too! There could be more options for user customization when creating new tasks etc.. The customer service also needs some improvement if they want this product adopted by companies who need great support from their staffs while using visual maintenence man.
