Visual Maintenance Man Review

I like how easy it is for my employees to use this tool! It's very user-friendly, with lots of features available in one simple interface. The program is not as intuitive or powerful as other similar programs out there (e.g., GEMS), but I understand why since it was designed only to be used by service managers who are already familiar with its operation. I like how visual it makes my job easier by showing me all of our machines, their status (or lack thereof) as well where work has been performed or needs attention from us technicians for service/repair when needed via pictures etc.. The program only works with Microsoft Windows applications which not everyone will have available in there computer so we are limited somewhat but if your willing then this would be great! You can see what jobs need done at any given time easily too help streamline

There are so many features of this program, it's really hard for me not like any one thing in particular! I love everything about visual management - from tracking repairs through completion all to being able to see exactly what needs doing at each station (or even task).
