Review on 🐎 Enhance Riding Comfort with Cashel G2 Soft Saddle by Tyler Cash

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a great, inexpensive, lightweight, sidewallless saddle if you are.

This is a great value for money lightweight saddle when you want to ride without fuss and when your horse wants or needs a break from a heavy saddle, or your saddle does don't fit, or you don't want to deal with a saddle, or you want more bareback experience. can be upholstered bareback, but you also have a bit more structure with the raised pommel and pommel. And you have stirrups. Cheap plastic western stirrups, but they are stirrups. I can, as other reviewers have done on other sites, replace them with sturdier stirrups, maybe a paraglider. The top is 2.5 inches if you want to replace it. This saddle has no girth/girth and I bought a 32" girth and found it didn't fit. The girth is western and I am used to English and all my girths are English so I had to buy a girth for this saddle. I bought a sticky pad to put underneath and since the saddle sags under my weight and I'm only 118lbs I would suggest you buy a pad. Others have recommended sticky padding to keep the saddle in place. A chest strap helps too, but I don't have one yet. The saddle itself is very comfortable for me as a rider and I imagine it will be great for short hacks, short trail rides, arena training and winter riding when I don't want to deal with hard, cold skin. I live in Minnesota and although we have an indoor arena it is not heated and my gear is stored in a locker which is also not heated. In winter I ride with bitless snaffles to avoid overheating a bit. I was hoping to notice that my horse liked the saddle too, but my mare hadn't been ridden for three months and it was hard to tell if she liked the saddle that much or not. She thought it was easy to move around in, but my mare doesn't like being ridden and this saddle hasn't changed her mind. However, I checked and didn't feel like pinching her withers even though she didn't have a tree and it seemed like it gave her spine good clearance. I've read on other sites that people in the saddle cut out a wider spinal canal and depending on how things go I might be able to do that. My gelding is currently out due to injury, but I'm curious to see how he fares under this saddle. For the money I think it's good gear for short trips, winter riding and so on. additional seat. The price is basic, I paid 260.00 and it weighs 6 pounds. I have arthritis and when I flare up my hands and wrists are affected. This saddle allows me to buckle up easily even when it's on display. It is synthetic and easy to care for. Looks decent and better than many synthetic saddles.
