My horse seems to like the lightness and padding

This saddle is very comfortable! My horse seems to like the lightness and padding. It slides like a bareback pad so I use an Aussie saddle pad underneath.

Perfect! The Best in Tack Care

Love this saddle. Super light, very comfortable and suitable for every horse! The carrier also responds very quickly. The size is a bit off. I weigh 180 but I'm 6 feet tall. The recommended seat size was XL. Too large.

  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Not happy good for horses

So I know this is a newer version but I wanted it to be similar to the old version. It looks more like an English saddle. The seat is higher so I sit pretty high on my horse which I don't need because it's already big. The saddle is nice and comfortable, but I didn't expect it to be that high. The rest is OK. Big.

I really like the saddle because it's treeless and light weight

I really like the saddle because it's treeless and light weight just like my QH. He has back problems and doesn't complain at all when I ride in the saddle. But I had to buy a breast collar when the saddle slipped on my tall emaciated boy and I'm waiting for a sticky saddle pad and neoprene girth as I now have trouble sliding side to side. But do I really think it will work with these small adjustments? I am an experienced rider and so is my horse, we both want comfort. Hope that helps. All inโ€ฆ

Not what I expected

I ride bareback with a suede pad more than I do with a saddle and I was hoping that the Cashe saddle would be better than my current pad but so far it has been quite disappointing. I would never use it with stirrups as it slips all over my body during my chubby mare's sprints (I immediately replaced the straps with leather straps and put a wool lining underneath which gives the saddle great stability), but it's quite stiff and not Doesn't suit my legs which I hope will get better with time. Saddle slides sideways easily and is not secure enough

We bought this saddle hoping to help an elderly friend who is now having trouble lifting heavy western and australian trail saddles. We put it on her horse, a medium sized, medium sized trail horse, and she used a mounting block to mount it. The saddle didn't feel secure when walking slowly on level ground. As she dismounted, the saddle slipped with her for nearly a quarter turn, and the only way to fix it was to remove the horse's girth and girth to adjust it back to center back. This is aโ€ฆ

BREAK! That's exactly what you're looking for here! UPDATE: 9 months later.

I've been wanting to use this for a while before posting a review. I can't say enough good things about him! It feels a lot softer than a saddle but certainly more structured than a bareback pad. I have a very large touring horse and needed a lip on the back to keep me in place as well as a structured seat. I have no problem riding them in this saddle! The handle is easy to carry, take off the horse and hang it up when you feel the need. It has more attachment points for saddle pads, bags, etc.

  • Easy to read control panel

This is a great, inexpensive, lightweight, sidewallless saddle if you are.

This is a great value for money lightweight saddle when you want to ride without fuss and when your horse wants or needs a break from a heavy saddle, or your saddle does don't fit, or you don't want to deal with a saddle, or you want more bareback experience. can be upholstered bareback, but you also have a bit more structure with the raised pommel and pommel. And you have stirrups. Cheap plastic western stirrups, but they are stirrups. I can, as other reviewers have done on other sitesโ€ฆ
