Small but big!: Cycling

First of all, you probably don't realize how small this torque wrench is. If you look closely at the photo and see it next to the 1/4" hex bits you can get an idea, but when I got it the first thing that struck me was that it was really *tiny* is. Look at the photo. - it is closer in size to a Ritchey torque wrench than a Shimano 1/4" drive ratchet wrench. 1/4 inch bits in this key. Clicking on the key and noting the reading before releasing it, I saw that the beam type registered about 1 Nm lower than Shimano. I then inserted a 6mm bit into the Ritchey torque wrench and checked it which is preset at 5Nm and loosens almost exactly 5Nm on this little wrench. Reading about torque wrenches I heard a few things that seem to doi right here: accurate * preset buttons are pretty accurate too * adjustable click type is handy but not as accurate. Based on what I've seen in my quick, simple tests I'd say it appears to be accurate, and with that said this little wrench is a fantastic deal for the money. enches, you have a wrench that is very accurate and so small you can actually carry it around! I bought this for my tool box on race day and maybe I can get another one for the store.
