I like the simplicity of this device but it is a bit difficult to attach to the seat belts. I recommend finding the placement you want and then wrapping the device around the straps on the outside of the car. This is a bit difficult while seated, especially when driving. You usually have to drive away from your neck with one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand on the seat belt. It also makes sense to sell them in pairs. I can keep an extra one in the glove box in case I'm carrying smaller passengers.
