Review on πŸ’‘ ParkPower 15 Amp Power Inlet – White (Model 150BBIW.RV) by Mark Gancio

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The rest of the input works great. It's well done and fairly simple.

I used this power input on my router table cabinet I installed the extension from. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ground pin is a bit too big and makes it difficult to plug some extension cords into it. Some extension cords connect properly, but some are very difficult to connect to this input because of the ground pin. The rest of the input works great. It is well made and fairly easy to connect and install. Comes with a gasket to prevent water ingress. There are 2 ways to mount it. You can use the 3 mounting holes on the inlet flange or use the nut that secures the inlet from the back. The cap also helps with waterproofing, but I removed it as I didn't need to waterproof that inlet. 'Hot', 'Neutral' and 'Ground' are color coded very clearly and once the wires are installed and routed through the sheath on the back of this input they are very secure. Oh if you are planning to order this product. I would also order a 1 7/8 bit as that is the size needed for assembly. I used a 1 7/8 Forestner nozzle because I attached it to wood, but you can use any 1 7/8 nozzle that is appropriate for the material you are mounting the inlet in.
