Review on Glossy Oracal Vinyl Craft Cutters Scrapbooking & Stamping by Carrie Spencer

This is the first time I've tried to cut and glue letters out of vinyl and it was a failure. I figured I'd buy white vinyl and cut out the letters instead of drawing them on the window pane. However, after we placed the cut out letters on the window, they started peeling off and we had to go back and paint over the letters. I also tried to paint the white vinyl with acrylic paints so I didn't have to have different colored vinyl sheets on hand. It didn't help, the paint was peeling off. True, the product was not advertised, but a color coating; but now we know. I like the potential but next time I'll look for a different type of material.
