*****update***** After I submitted my initial review, the company contacted me and offered to ship me the correct product. The curling iron came in 3 days and I finally used it. It gets pretty hot for a curling iron that only gets up to 410 degrees. Overall, the product served its purpose and my hair didn't become brittle and dry. I wanted to say I liked this product but I can't. This plug does not work in the United States and I am disappointed with it. I will not order another one.
