This product does NOT support all major IP cameras, although it claims it does. Even sellers make false claims. Then when you receive the product and try to use it, they say that it is only compatible with Amcrest cameras. You will then be charged a restocking fee AND RETURN FEES when you return the product! Buy from another manufacturer and avoid hassles! UPDATE: 12/15/18. Amcrest refunded the restocking fee for my purchase and apologized for the misrepresentation of the product. Again, I'm sure their product will work well with their cameras, but give them a call and verify compatibility with your specific cameras before purchasing. Get it in writing. Tech support agents are available via chat and phone which is great.
